Burner Systems

Our burners are designed and manufactured specifically for use on all types of process heat applications for high efficiency and ease of maintenance. We specialise in the design and installation of a wide range of gas fired burners, of both our own manufacture and that of others where requested by clients. We also offer a full refurbishing service for existing burners, including burner upgrade and modification works in order to comply with the requirements of the current gas and electrical regulations.

Boiler Plant

Alongside the installation of all types of new gas and oil fired hot water heating and steam raising plant, we are able to offer a complete specialised boiler plant inspection and repair service, including annual servicing and maintenance of existing boiler/burner equipment and annual strip down service for insurance inspection purposes.

Electrical Control Systems

Our Electrical Control Systems are designed and built in-house to meet individual project specifications and requirements. PLC systems are incorporated when required, with full fault diagnostic provision for plant and combustion equipment control.

Flue inspections

Using state of the art endoscope video equipment, we check all flue systems for blockages,damage,debris and potential safety hazards.

Heating and Ventilation

The design and installation of all types of heating, ventilation and associated building services are tailored to meet the demands of the building and the needs of the user. A complete service and maintenance contract agreement service is offered for all new and existing installations.

Pipe-work

A full design and installation service for all commercial and industry pipe-work services is offered to compliment the service offered to our clients. In addition to the normal building utility services for heating, water and gas, we can provide the supply of all other industrial pipe-work systems, such as steam, compressed air and oil etc, and where necessary, liaise with manufacturers of specialist equipment.
